Seems reasonable to assume, since DM pool appears to be fixed.

Suppose it might be worth bothering. I joined a pug where a guy took WAR+RDM to Sheol C with Phalanx gear to pull on the WAR which worked well. He said the RDM was needed for the phalanx but I guess not if you have sch/rdm anyway?

Granted he was botting the BRD+COR on top of these all with Silmaril and seemingly a bit of speed+ so it wasn't any kind of fair run to ***, but it full cleared fast (I was COR and there was a WHM manual player).

I can say at least, that I've done Phalanx + on Gada, Colada, and Zulfiqar. Seems fairly reasonable to assume any Oseem augmentable wep can get it from DM augs.

Can alabaster matter be sent within pol act?

No, which is why a lot of people commented about how removing Old Case +1 and replacing it with Alabaster Matter is a dumb financial decision when the December login campaign rewards dropped. A lot of people felt the Old Case+1 was worth creating/activating POLacct mules for the cases.
