Idk actual time frame (maybe it was from last year), someone was linking me a Discord blurb where you tested whether or not Haste from GEO/other source overpowered Slow or not.

You took a RDM and GEO to ballista, and did full power GEO Haste, and then casted Slow II from RDM.

Results were your recast still went up by like 13 seconds, so the Haste did not impact the penalty from slow, at least as far as recast was concerned.

I was just wondering if it was the same for attack speed?

Whats the actual optimal amber light to aim for, for farming augmented items in abyssea?

Going too high seems to always give me key items + temp items and thats it, I stop seeing augmented items.

But they dont seem to show up at low amounts either.

Not sure where I wanna aim for...

I feel like I see them the most with Small Gold Pyxis. The Abyssea Light page on the old Wiki seems to have some info on it.

Trying to target farm wivre hairpins in konschtat, so trying to maximize my odds of getting refresh aug.

I saw some people on random threads here and there indicate that while you get augment items from lower tier boxes, the "better" augments come from max tier boxes, I guess?

Anyone able to speak as to the truth vs *** of that?

I was getting the occasional hairpin at max amber light, I ended up seeing 9 of them total so far in about 2 hrs of cleaving so not an awful rate, I guess.

Honestly the worst part about konschtat is there just doesnt seem to be any particularily good spot to cleave, almost every enemy pack is spread out really wide so its difficult to gather em up

I ended up going with the 2 sets of tonberries, they aggro by sight but at least their density is okay so I can gather all of them up, I dunno if folks have anything better theyd recommend.

If you're looking for an all jobs refresh headpiece, why not go for Null Mask?

Unless it's for 75cap stuff I guess.
