4.1.109 is the conflux, i changed it with 4.176 which is nyzul isle lamps.

That linked video is a bit oudated but its still the same strategy. It was a first attempt so they are usually sloppy with a lot of improvements. You should have a decent hybrid evasion set, set mp drainkiss (my spell set was in the video but it was at Lv95.) and magic hammer if you really need it (I had meds but im sure its a lot easier now at 99.)

Only real major parts are to watch for terror as it can potentially last a while and for flight mode. When he is flying that is a good time to 2hr him and have a good skillchain combo lined up to drop him really fast. Otherwise you will need a decent fire resist/-MDT set so you don't lose too much MP. Magic barrier is also helpful.

Relic+2 hands are good to extend 2hr duration but general SC combo could be (make sure you wait a second or two between spells so they connect for SC.)
-whirl of rage > quadrastrike > gob rush > a spikes > QC > bloodrake. It might be a bit taxing to set all those spells so pick and choose, generally won't take that much power to rip him down. Make good use of sudden lunge too, especially when hes flying as it works there.

Are you using 64-bit? Because I know that 64-bit won't recognize your registry unless you tick the 64-bit box every time you log in via Windower, even if you save settings.

At least mine doesn't save it. I noticed that too when I re-installed. Was wondering why my computer was running it at such a shitty resolution when I had it set for 3x. Ticked the 64x box and all was good as gravy.

Yes 64-bit, not really sure what you mean though because I just switched monitors, it worked with my old one. I didn't reinstall or anything.

Well I did hit the 64 bit icon in the launcher.gui and it does work not sure why lol. Odd it doesn't recognize it w/o that, do I have to do it every time?

You can edit the specs in the launcher.ini file, that may fix your issue.

The usual question: running as administrator? Windower does same crazy stuff on 64 bit if not started as admin.

Also, when I changed my monitor awhile ago it was sending settings to my computer because it was one of those fancy "I know best" monitors. I had to disable this feature in the device manager to stop the monitor telling my PC what resolution to display particular things at. Reason I think of this is because it also forced my overlay to 800x600 as it thought FFXI was a dated game...

I already did edit those, and manually edited the registry and it just reverts back... Seems launching the GUI program and hitting x64 bit with all the other options selected works only.....

Was also going to suggest running the launcher as an administrator, and you should only have to do this once.

Okay I fixed it somehow, when I saved the profile in the GUI as something, it created a new file in my windower folder. I copied the text in that and pasted it into the launcher.ini /shrug.
