It's not about drugs being illegal...it's about the right drugs being legal. IE, the ones that are backed by the drug companies that pay for our politicians to get elected. I mean, the current method of prosecuting drug users ain't working as a deterrent, so what do we do? I have a plan. It's kinda a cure all to all the societies problems...
