Does STP effect the second hit of a multi hit WS like Shoha?

It's not ideal, but with the way mobs spam TP moves, is the subtle blow -15 really that big a deal? You can swap out ace's for ogier's as another example if you like. It's the loss of zanshin, not the subtle blow.

TP WS For the TP phase the benefits are 5-Hit (20.8% TP per hit), 25% haste (27.5% with hasso), 60% zanshin, 2% quadruple attack and 3% double attack. When switching to WS the benefits are STR+44, attack+119, 3% WS damage and TP bonus+25 (16.9 TP for the single hit WS). This equals out to 100.1% TP in the end... but something feels off or that an improvement could be made. Please note that I am aware that shoha adds another 1% for the second hit and that this set is reliant on using kaiten at this time. and even then anytime you have more than close to 100tp use shoha?
If you're WSing with ~200 or so with capped attack Shoha would be better.

The point being that it's stupid to drop 15 acc (-8 dex obviously) and some conserve tp for 1 att, conserve tp being the bigger factor there than the acc in most cases.
...oh ok then...not, even with a single hit ws that heavily relies on att, 1 att is going to be so miniscule of an addition on anything (even with just self buffs/food /war you're talking like .1-.2% of your total attack), where the acc helps with da/ta/qa proc hit's, which mean considerably more damage, and the conserve tp might help put you closer to a 4 hit scenario if it proc's.
If you need acc with amano, you're probably eating pizza anyways, meaning you're capped. And the conserve TP won't get you closer to a 4 hit at all, since you need more than 20 per hit during melee phase, and that's the max a conserve TP proc will get you.
closer*, factor in getting hit, etc, and if pizza is capping you on da/ta/qa hit on worthwhile stuff then I'd like the see the parse lol, because the Alicorn in legion is no joke.
You would NEED a 20 TP conserve tp and get hit to lower you a hit. And the odds of that happening are .05*.13 = .65% chance of happening with ele. belt and unkai sun-ate.
so reading is hard...it can help you get there, not saying it's going to give you 20 tp, but if it gives you 5 or 10, it's closer than none...not the point really, but considerably more effective that 1 att lol, if it's a .65% chance, (which is pretty rich since that math does not make sense (13% chance x median possible store tp (10)would be more accurate)), since the att is only going to put you .1%~ towards capping pdif on anything, 10 att, or hell even 5 attack, and maybe, on acc capped mobs, I would agree....but if you're capped acc, and you're using kaiten...you're probably not using it on anything worthwhile anyway, and that means your pdif is probably capped without the .1%...
