mnk's mdt set.
I couldn't be bothered to make another itemset for the set I use as pup, well I say use the macro is made but the job is still at lvl 90.
I swap the mantle for colossus, minerva for -5 mdt/pdt ring and obviously leave in animator and the rest id leave as haste/tp gear not hp gear contrary to what Josiah is suggesting. Would be better on mnk and pup imo to swap only to max mdt >> mdb >> haste. Increasing max Hp is meh if ur swapping to this set briefly for a period of time ranging from 1/10 of a second to 3 seconds when ur about to take magic dmg / see a mob casting on you thats not much time for a healer to cure you that extra ammount of hp you added to your mdt set so I dont see why you would add it. It would be more beneficial to keep haste in there and to try interrupt the mob and keep dot high.
Feet are +2 mdb and +2 haste if youre wondering.

Cap is 50% using the information here you can work out yourself how much mdt youd like to reach.
Finally if you obtain this earring :

Then you can cap with about 21% mdt in gear I think.
