Restarting Help Please

Hey guys n gals,

I have recently started playing again after a break for the birth of my first child (-:

I have missed alot of updates etc so not sure what the best method for levelling is anymore.

I would like some pointers for getting restarted, i would like to get my main job (r42 MRD atm) to r50 soon, so tips on where to party/grind would be great

get a pt and go to dragon head or any of the other strongholds. can get 100k an hour, really easy to get into a pt doing key farming and just lvl up.
under 40, do leves still. or get a pl
And read all the patch notes to get caught up.
