Do they count towards your 200 fish daily limit? I was just wondering, since i've never really been sure about this. Would be interesting to know if they affect fatigue or not.

As far as I am aware there is no true "200" limit. That is just an estimation, some fish (larger non-stackables) and maybe monsters or items fatigue faster than others (small stackable fish). So really even if it did count towards that "200" count, it would be hard to determine.
