Ex: Evolve to Raichu at lv10 and gain more spatk/hp/etc per level than a Pikachu would get, or is the only difference is abilities? Like I think Jolteon is one of the fastest speed, so getting a Jolteon at 20 and leveling it up to 52 would be the same as leveling an Eevee to 52 and using a thunderstone? Or would the 20-52 Jolteon have more speed?

Egg moves FIRST where a way to get level 100 pokemon with moves you only learn if you stay un-evolved for way to long so may have had a cool move, and only a very few egg only moves, but your lvl 100 was weaker then others. Can have anything I've got I can in a couple hours if nobody does it before then, have 8 windows up to try and get shinies, it'll suck if I gotta close them all down etc D:
