This is a very big list of stuff they're putting in. Stuff that really stuck out for me:
1. New player tutorials: I've always wanted to see this. Though I'm way past the need to know how to play the game, it's always great to see the game be more newbie friendly >_>
2. Behest adjustments: I thought it was clever to add a wait timer to sign up for a behest. Now people don't have to sit at a camp for an hour to wait to behest again, and if no one participates then it doesn't hurt anyway if they can keep doing it every 30 minutes.
3. Retainer change: I think this is probably one of my favorite changes. This will most likely alleviate a lot of the dead retainers that have been sitting in Ul'dah for the past weeks/months when the players don't play anymore.
4. Airship/Chocobos: Everyone wanted this, so it's great to finally see it get implemented.
5. Repair Changes: This is great for those not needing repairs until the very last minute, but I can see this being a problem when people have gear break during the middle of a raid or instance. Guess people just need to pay attention to that now.
6. Experience Points: This will definitely promote more party play outside of leves. The chain and link bonuses will be cool to see and see how people will choose to party from here on out.
7. Passive: Oh my god you don't go into active through casting. <3
8. Low Level Dungeon: Another newbie friendly add-in to the game. I'll definitely go here with my friends and hopefully give my friends who quit a reason to play. :)
9. Ifrit and Beastmen Dungeons: This'll appeal to the people wanting more endgame.
10. Recipe Adjustments: Mixed feelings about this one. I guess I'll just have to try it out before I criticize.
Overall, this patch is amazing and I am looking forward to when it comes.
