Ok we just had a tally and i see sandy is first like normal, but bastok and windurst have formed an Allience..... I dont remember seeing that one, what does it mean?

1st. Sandoria
2nd. windurst
3rd. bastok

it means Windurst and Bastok formed an alliance against the Dhalmels.

If I remember correctly, you can use either conquest npcs to get items...

Generally though, It just mean sandy owns over 1/2 of the conquest areas so the other 2 team up in an alliance to get them for the next tally.

What this means for you?

Alliances use to be common back in the day- it occurs when first place nation owns half or more of the conquest areas.
