Im not a very skilled blm yet, its sitting @ 72, but for my imput, the +1 int does make a difference ive tested it, because i was skepticle myself as to if the 1 actually made a difference, the +1 pumped out anywhere from 10-25 damage extra on a tier 4 then with the jets, but yea mahamata are so ugly imo. maybe that will help

I felt my original post wasn't enough.

It didn't have stat by stat comparison, so I gave it to you guys.
