Has anyone else noticed that all the speak about Japanese is affecting the ads on this page?

No. I've had "Shadow Tales!" the past few times I've visited this page. And yeah, I can really imagine the "GO BACK TO YOUR SERVER!" shouts going off everywhere.

Especially since Pandemonium was a choice for the new free swap...and as soon as I logged on, someone shouted "Wow this server is underpopulated for real lol" and proceeded to be flamed.

Think there ar plusses and minuses for this one.

It IS totally understandable for any race to want to communicate primarily in ther mother tongue, especially in a fast moving party environment where understanding can mean the difference between sucess and failure. The problem is that a great many non JP players take it personally as a slight when this (in the majority of cases) is simply not the case.

Is is however a pain in the *** to not be able to see thru spamed shouts in JP in places such as WG.

All in all, it would be easier for english speakers to have a non JP server what next? German server, Spanish server?

The game is what it is for better or worse imho, can't see changes anytime soon and not overly bothered by that.

Hell yeah! Mithras are always welcome in Bastok.

In fact, I can "loan" my MH for free as long as more than 5 mithras sleep in there per night....
