Problem With The Square Enix Account Transfer

I`m a little confused at the moment. My mule has no content ID`s but my main account was cancelled, and they`re both on the same CC. And with this registration server BS I can't do anything about either account :/ I'm going to bed.

yea it is all messed up, they said it hsould be fixed in a hour, and that was 5 hrs ago and 2 phone calls ago, i gave up for the night, they said it should be good tommorow and to call back. my npc account is canceled and cant get onto and my main char says it cant be transferred. so it is all messed up. lol

yeah it's all just bad timing. I had some unknown unpaid fees as well too. so after I paid the 40 dollars I xferred the account but it deactivated all my content ID's and now I can't activate them because the reg server is down .... all crap. Just going to have to wait for tomorrow.

My main account transferred fine. My second account is giving the "This PlayOnline ID cannot be transferred.
Please contact the Square Enix Support Center for further details." HELP I AM TRAPPED IN 2006 PLEASE SEND A TIME MACHINE error. I sent them an email support question about it, but you know it'll probably be a week or more before I get a reply. Anybody else had this issue and managed to fix it?
