D ring isnt as impressive anymore if you can get a -6 mdt/pdt ring.

I think you can keep MDT without it on a lot of jobs but not 100% on that.

yea i was thinking about that too, but im sure 1000 other people are also, so i doubt you will get 20m for it, ~15 if your lucky.

Zanshin update doesn't really change much, but I'm sure you can find plenty of MNKs willing to dole out the change. I sold mine for something like 10m just before empyrean armor came out. Still kicking myself...

Not that ive heard. Would think Armageddon would out do that for ranger.

Armageddon would as would Annihlator. But I only see one other person with Gastraphetes so meh..I'll be that nub.

It's the only viable endgame crossbow option, and it's also the best at that, so..

If you really like bolts, why not? Acid bolts used to be all the rage unless you were fighting colibris

Trueflight too, is looking to easily out damage wildfire, and that's not even considering SE's latest announcement about relics/mythics getting heavy alterations and perhaps even altogether new attributes.

While the alexandrites are the most tedious for the majority of the ffxi population, I can see ppl not wanting to do Einherjar for all the ampoules(sp?) it requires to obtain the item needed. Or maybe the znm trophies? Idk thats my guess.

One thing I never understood about the Tupsimati was the "same elemental magic as weather" giving 30 accuracy? I thought that applied strictly to magic, yet it already mentions magic accuracy.
Can someone clarify this?

Magic accuracy needs accuracy to proc.

It also gives melee accuracy because SE has no *** clue what to do with relic/mythic/empyrean weapons for the nuking mages and thinks they should be up front meleeing for aftermath.

also causes magic to occasionally dual cast, ofc.

I dunno what I would get for rank 1, part of me says I need to get a mythic because they are so damn hard to get but then again my onry jobs is WHM and NIN. I dunno Yagrush seems pretty legit but would it be worth it? Maybe I would just get DRG mythic and level DRG from 1 -> 90.

I haven't had much of a desire to level other jobs really, but I guess if I had a mythic DRG it would give me a good reason, or maybe rank 2 bbelt would give me enough reason to lvl MNK.

Definitely wouldn't get NIN mythic/relic and I got the empy, don't know what I would do with all that gil. I'm mainly in Mog Bonanza to get my Hope Torque for my NIN.

Also wouldn't get Cat's Eye cause I'm not familiar with the rest of the requirements or how long it would take, I know that it would take care of the hardest though.

They are talking about giving relics a serious buff, so wouldnt doubt relic katana getting decent at some point.

It gets a 15% increase to drakesbane which is already the best weaponskill out. Also gives wyvern aftermath aswell as drg. Its just a beast of a weapon compared to other mythics.

Best ws DRG can get; iirc Force crit's jumps(Or forces DA I forgot which), and @300% TP you get a free joyeuse for DRG For like, 2 minutes without using a shitty WS the entire time.

We took a look at all the requests for stats on relics and mythics and understand your ideas, so in addition to enhancing the original DMG and special stats, we are checking to see whether we can add some special properties to them. (Currently, exactly what those properties will be and how they will be added is still up in the air.)
