I couldn't see wasting a rank 1 or the amount of time/gil it takes to make a Yagrush tbh. It's a nice utility, sure, but is it really that hard to cast a -na a couple more times?

Hell there are hardly any "career" whms anymore so I guess you can knock it down to the 2nd tier of weapons, if it really makes you all feel better. Assuming our moderately geared BLM without any staff or grip equipped has 75 MAB (including traits) and 100 total INT (real gimp actually, non-taru probably, no merits definitely) and is attacking a mob with 75 INT and no MDB or MDT with Blizzard 5 that subsequently doesn't resist nor receives any weather/day adjustments and is non-critical...

It's pretty bad and I would say it is even harder to get now that you need KS. Once your KS is depleted you have no chance to get it unless you buy pops from people and even then the HQ pop is very rare.
