there was no CONCRETE evidence against the *****. there's not much you can do. I'd rather a couple lucky people get loose (OJ simpson) than have people falsely imprisioned.

I think I've been Casey Anthonyed out. My FB exploded about it. I didn't follow the case but from what I've read there just wasn't enough evidence to prove without a doubt that she was guilty. I don't know what to think, really.
Except, what the hell at not reporting the kid missing? That gets me.

There's numerous things about the whole thing that wreak of suspicious deeds, but nothing that can be done about it unless new evidence suddenly presents itself.

No concrete evidence so unfortunatly there is nothing now that can be done.

I followed the case a bit, not really surprising she was found innocent :| They have nothing to tie her to the death of the kid, or to hiding the body (Her personally.) I still think she's guilty >:(

negative. you can't even be put on trial for the same thing twice idk if she's been locked up or not, I'd assume so because of the shabby appearence in court **edit tiger beat me & I screwed up the quote >.< If she's guilty, she will most likely face similar charges in the future.. Very few people 'get away with murder' then stay free their entire life. Being found not guilty tends to make them feel invulnerable and they go and do stupid ***again, and get caught up in it that time.
If she's really not guilty of it, then I feel sorry for her. She'll be tagged with this for the rest of her life, and if she really didn't do it, she'll be persecuted by the public, and even family for something she didn't even do. People who are saying the justice system failed because of this make me face palm.. A failure in the justice system is when someone admits to killing someone else and then does a year or less in jail for it. This isn't a failure in the justice system, this is how it's supposed to work.. There wasn't enough evidence, and that's all there is to it, that's not a failure, that's design.
