I have a friend who hasn't played in a couple months. After a patch, he has been locked out of his account. Can we get some help?

Can we get a toll free number for Square as well?

what do you mean locked out? What does it say when he tries to log in?

He says it wont let him sign it. He changed his password quite a few times, but still nothing.

I had this problem before, and it eventually worked the next day. Still no clue what happened. How long has he been locked out?

He's had the problem for a month now.

And the customer support was of no use to him.

Did he maybe register a security token and forgot? If he puts in regular password but not token it will say wrong password.

Did he or someone else log in from a different IP, is there a security token on the account? Make sure he has tried the password reset on the SE account page. (it is not the same as changing your password)

I'm willing to be if he does the password reset it will fix his problems, again not just change the password, there is a different section to reset the password. It is for if you do not have a token and someone logs in from a different IP, it locks out the account until you reset the password.

And are you really asking for the 800 number on a forums? Google bro, don't ask others to do your googling for you!
