POL-5312 Error Please Help

I just started gettin this 2 days ago, still can't log in. Never had problem with it before but maybe it has somethin to do with our free month (April 2011)? I play this on the PC.

5312 is .. no content id correct?

if thats the case, go to membership>update payment information>reactivate content id

It says my playonline ID and password is incorect. I can't get past the main Playonline screen. Tried to click on see information and that says there having maintenence.

Any chance that someone else accessed your account and deleted your character and changed the passwords?

Did you just get a token or maybe checked to use it and don't have one? I would double check your settings and see if something is checked that shouldn't be. If everything is good I think you should call POL asap.

Or deleted your SE account? If you does that you cant login anymore

About a week ago i linked my account to the official forumn site, so i could use that to post something. I did have some trouble getting that site to work at first, but aventualy i got it to work, but now i can't even log into the game or the Forumns.

That may of somehow caused it. At first i somehow ended up setting up an acount with ff14, then i went back to setup one with ffxi.
On the forumns site that is.

Are you signing into Playonline with your Square Enix account? Did you change it when you signed up for the forums? If you have a Square Enix account that your Playonline account is linked to you must sign in with Square Enix account.. pretty easy to setup...
