You need to hook me up with whatever TARDIS/Flux Capacitor/Steam Punk time machine you're using.  zing! PST also stands for Pakistan Standard Time (UCT+5 vs. UCT-8) but doubt it is the actual time here. Just a thought though as it does seem to be in the future~

It's obviously a riddle, in order to find the shikigami fair, one must brave the riddle's snare. Your first hint is that pst, has something to do with the old oak tree! When you've found the next clue resume playing the tape in the vcr!
