I think my buddy is lying because i personally never have seen any drops besides belt/cape/neck without blue proc. He's claiming he got dagger helm and belt without blue.
I guess my question is has anyone ever had personal experience with shinryu drops without blue proc outside of belt/cape/neck?

brew <> brue <> blue; drops without a brew? or drops without blue? either way, its entirely possible, just very unlikely
edit: you edited it! I've gotten belt without blue proc, so you -can- get them. It's probably just stupidly rare.

I got scythe and neck same time soloing as blu the second time I fought it, didn't get any procs just went in with brew and sanguine blade. I was probably stupid lucky though wish it woulda been the dagger though.

I got Dagger and Scythe without blue. The only drops I never saw yet without blue are Mail and Cloak. I already have Helm so it would be hard to get one :)

first time i solo'd i got knife and neck and absolutely nothing was proc''d i just wanted to make sure I could solo it as the previous party (to get the win) failed to beat shin with 1 brew and needed a 2nd
Ive gotten an apkallu egg with blue and TH fully procced. So id say proccing or not proccing and having TH or not having TH really have nothing to do with any of his drops. I say this based on 3 separate encounters where quite literally jack diddly has dropped with both of the above effects active. Iam leaning towards rotten luck but hot damn is THAT ever rotten XD.
I've seen a dagger drop without blue. but that was like 1/5.
My first solo brew (rdm, no TH and no procs) dagger dropped.
Chance of getting body drop with TH10 and Blue are slim. I went 1/6 with TH10+blue proc each time and i would call that pritty good. Some of my ls mates have gone 1/10-15 but yeah don't waste your time/cruor without TH and blue proc. Some poeple might have got lucky but that doesn't mean you will.
Scythe without blue for me.
Twilight belt dropped for me the first time I successfully brewed Shinryu as blue mage.
Just read the OP now. Irrelevant post from me :D  Got scythe n belt w/o proc. Rare but not impossible.
Not that I tested this myself, but I'm guessing with shin you will need both grellow and blue to really boost mail/helm/cloak. Just a theory, which seems to fit as the majority of ppl on Lak with those items go with a few ls members/friends to cover as many bases as possible. Plus they have a billion cruor. Which also helps.

Your treasure hunter must suck, we see atleast 2 helms ever shinryu run we do. Haven't seen one mail in 40+ blue/TH'd Shinryus.
