Hey all, thanks for the great thread. It's been very helpful! I have a few questions that I'd like to ask so I'll try to be as concise as possible but this is still going to be long! ;^^
1. First of all, which contexts do you all typically have TP/WS sets for? By "context", I mean a specific state of variables such as buff status and enemy difficulty. Restraint status, Bergressor status and mob difficulty (ie, VW Tier) seem to be the most common but I'm also curious about context sets that account for VW drinks being activate as well as whether or not it's still relevant to use Blood Rage sets.
With 300% TP from a wing and Blood Rage up, using my WS set, I have 55+20+3+3+5+dDex=86+dDex crit. I would still need 14% crate from dDex before I reached the cap which I don't think would happen on the aforementioned 120 AGI mob, correct? On a related note, I was unable to find how much crit rate is gained by using Champion's Drink, but perhaps if Potency is accounted for in your context sets, this would be the only time to not use a tonberry item? I'm obviously a bit confused, so I'd love some clarification here.
2. My second question has to do with gear sets and upgrade prioritization-- I'm still missing a bunch of pieces and augments. I've seen a lot of X>Y statements here but without qualifiers for margin of improvement which leaves me uncertain about which upgrade is best to pursue next (I don't have Excel for the spreadsheet and it doesn't seem to work in Google docs).

Other relevant pieces that I have available are Zahak's, Avant cuisses +1, Heca hands +1 (unaugmented), Heca legs +1 (unaugmented), Heafoc Mitts.
Obvious upgrades based on other posts that I've read here would include: Vulcan Earring/TP bonus earring, HQing my Grim, Mekira-oto +1 (and body for Restraint down), Avant hands +1 (context-specific), Armada hauberk, augments on my Hecatomb pieces, another Pyrosoul for WS, Windbuffet Belt, etc. Also, my Ukon is still 85 (39/75) but I'm working on that actively. As you can see, there's a lot of possibilities and it's difficult to figure out which to go for next without knowing the relative gains I will receive from each of them.
I'm making a relic and am unable to mass buy everything, but I'm always saving for more upgrades. I'm currently targeting Mekira-oto +1 as my next piece, but again I'm not sure if I would see a larger increase in my Ukko damage by buying this or by just getting a Windbuffet Belt in the meantime (for example).
3. My third question is related to the above: I noticed in the latest posted gear sets that crit%+ seems to be devalued on higher tier mobs, with gear sets heading in the direction of increasing fTP, accuracy and attack. Is it the case that most of the reason for this shift is to increase accuracy on evasive higher tier VW mobs? If so, wouldn't it be the case that gear sets for weaker mobs should still include crit boosting pieces (Zahak's, for example) or was the nerf significant enough to change setups for even those mobs?
Related to this, I'm surprised to see the TP Bonus earring winning on higher tier mobs if the trend on strong mobs is away from crit%+. Any thoughts? How far behind TP Bonus earring are other options like Aesir, Centaurus and Vulcan?
