any deaf ffxi player?
Hello! :)I am deaf and I am from Quetzalcoatl. I am just curious how many deaf players play this game. I've met a few of them in my server, but I want to meet more in other servers, so we chat in here with many deaf players in ffxi community!

Dragonius from quetz is deaf :3
edit: i tried to get him on vent for a loooooooong time then he finally told me it was cause he sounds like a retard, then i learned he was deaf and now we all know why

Few good players on Bahamut are. I won't go saying their names. Not sure if they want others to know.

I always think what would be better, blind or deaf. I think Deaf would be the choice I'd pick if I was forced. Can't really play video games blind... :x Also a lot easier to live deaf than blind.

I have great respect for blind or deaf people who manage to live in a positive mind set. Actually I can hear music in this game. I have this special hearing equip to wear when I am at work or anywhere if I want to. It called cochlea implant. Its really work for me because I can hear anything, but I can't focus on 1 thing because I hear everything at once. I couldn't block it which sucks. Lol
