Mmm, to me, it's one of those things where as long as you don't think too much about it, then your body will shut down on its own. Also, you could try not eating anything after dinner for the rest of the entire evening. I know that if I go for about 8 hours without eating something, then I start to get really sleepy. It's especially true late at night.
Yea, I don't eat after dinner really ever, so that isn't an issue.
I was able to sleep fine before I had to put my dog down, now it's almost impossible to get to sleep. So many thoughts go through my head when I don't want to think, so many feelings getting upset, stressed, angry, empty, that keep me up.
I don't want to read or watch anything, just want to sleep and not sit in bed for 5 hours trying to do so.
