Cardio @.@
Fossil park has made some technological advances since October. Look to logs to the left, it's almost double the size of the one I'm jumping over. (I've actually revamped every single station since this video here, and run through it faster as well)
I've been using the larger log two to the left for the past couple of months and it's became pretty easy as well, so then I started bringing a pair of 11 dumbbells with me. I only use one for that station (and 2 for another station). Was half asleep during my 5:30am run and picked up both dumbbells by mistake. I made the forward jump, but the first backwards jump, caught the back of my foot, landed on my left pretty awkwardly (dumbbells still in hand), and hit the ground and did a double backwards tumble as I busted my *** lol. Didn't get to do my second lap :(
