I don't understand people who get blitzed around kids! That horrifies me! Having a drink or two is fine while gabbing with the rest of the adults, but people need self-control. Usually, kids are tucked away if we all decide to convene in someone's garage. Long-range baby montiors and excuse yourself to go check-up every so often. I hate people who try to make you drink too! I've never had someone do that now, but it irks me when you're not in the mood and people try to force it. I'm not paying for something when idk what I'm buying! not sure if what you're experiencing is the same thing, but a server cluster is basically a group of computers used to do the same thing, to handle load balancing and redundancy (basically if one fails, the other will be used instead) the more in a cluster, the better, in theory. I'm certain he already has a cluster, but he could always add a node to improve experience, but that costs money. Chemical dependencies do develop (or can). Just sayin'. It's not just a sheer matter of will, once somebody gets past the point of being a terrible alcoholic. Yes they got themselves there in the first place, but there is a point of no return, where one needs detox and stuff (and even that doesn't help. THEN it comes down to personal responsibility in not picking up the bottle again).
