Seriously! Everything in moderation! The only thing for myself I really watch is pop. I drink maybe 1 a month. I have to force new foods on the kid though because all she eats is bread and potatoes. Trying to get her to eat meat, fruits or veggies is a chore.

gawd i love sodaaa xD i dunno why but i get a medium and i inhale it lol at my house there isnt really any healthy food around and my mom cooks like twice a week lol and if i cooked it would jsut be chicken and rice. yum >_>

I do a lot of chicken and rice type stuff. Usually throwing in some carrots celery and onions and different sauces and stuff. Holy carp curry is like my total favorite, I'd eat it every night if I could.
