I actually kind of like a hint of a German accent... I think it is very cute on young women. Much like Swedish or Dutch.
French can either be good or bad... but usually bad. Same with British accents, some women pull it off great and are sexy with it... but most make me want to strangle them.

Heard of Cheryl Cole? She's about the only female from Britain that makes one of our regional accents sound any good. There's a couple others but she's probably the most famous.
