They're getting rid of Down But Not Out for the multiplayer in Judgement. How are you supposed to revive people, execute, or curb stomp them? That's like the driving point of killing people in Gears. They're turning this into a third person Call of Duty. It's new development and pretty much all the heads left. I'm convinced they want to just make a Call of Duty cookie cutter game just so they think they'll get more money.
I wouldn't be surprised... money talks man! plus they spread the game to a larger fan base and get more to play their creation! The better question is why do that masses enjoy that? I mean if you consider that they are out for a greater number of sales and such then you could assume that a greater number of people prefer this way... but yeah stuff sucks lol... CoD is not a favorite of mine by any means lol...
