I'd want to say that's illegal since he IS trespassing (since you don't know him) gonna let him finish?

I can understand an unmowed lawn bothering someone, but why leaves? Whats so bad about leaves? http://boards.4chan.org/fit/res/16340539 where i used to live, the ex never did yard work so it looked nasty lol neighbors would give me dirty looks and even complained to the land lord enough that she came down to talk to us, but just me since I had to go to work and he never opens the door or moved anywhere lol
maybe it wasnt the land lord, just some bitchy lady lol

eventually they send someone to cut the grass in the front and back yard but they left the cut grass on top so it died and made it look even uglier lol

the cut grass stayed on top and dried so everything looked brown is what i ment >_> not the the grass still growing lol
