hmmm... interesting... idk though... why limit it to one a year? I mean if you want to be with someone wouldn't it be in your own best interest to date as many that come along?

I'm not just talking about banging anyone that comes along or anything but actually going out there but I mean don't you just know when something isn't going to work? Then move on and be with someone else to see if that does?

I found that the best approach is not to date someone at first but just to be friends first. Go out to the movies, meet their friends and get to know them.

Sometimes the things that bother you in a relationship will come up, then you can just be there for support.

Other times, you can see if the person is trying to spend time with you or not. FYI~ Been there and done that with the girl that wants to kill herself cause I wanted to break things off. NOT FUN!!
That's not bad but you can't really do that with everyone... it's hard to insert yourself int a lot of peoples lives like that... plus it's extremely time consuming... The worst thing about it for me is that when/if you break up you usually end up not being able to be friends anymore too and then you share some of the same friends and yeah... I've lost friends to this before...

I personally just like to jump into things and if it works thats awesome and you take it further but if it doesn't well that sucks but yeah... you move on...
