Really though, I would like to say on dating someone seriously, 1 person a year should be enough.
But knowing how things are these days, to date someone and really get to know them, from what I found out, it usually takes three months before you see their true side.
If you are just going out or hanging out together on a date, the skies the limit.
hmmm... interesting... idk though... why limit it to one a year? I mean if you want to be with someone wouldn't it be in your own best interest to date as many that come along?
I'm not just talking about banging anyone that comes along or anything but actually going out there but I mean don't you just know when something isn't going to work? Then move on and be with someone else to see if that does?
I found that the best approach is not to date someone at first but just to be friends first. Go out to the movies, meet their friends and get to know them.
Sometimes the things that bother you in a relationship will come up, then you can just be there for support.
Other times, you can see if the person is trying to spend time with you or not. FYI~ Been there and done that with the girl that wants to kill herself cause I wanted to break things off. NOT FUN!!
