Habaneros (Caribbean Red) are finally starting to change color.. Soon they'll be done. Was nervous none would finish ripening before frost killed off the plants. The jalapeno plant had a ripening jalapeno but I used it, the rest of them aren't far behind, either. I plan to let most of them go full on red then smoke and possibly dry them and turn them into chili powder. Habaneros will probably be used for my hot sauce.

Okra is now gone, now I got peas, swiss chard, collard greens, lettuce, jalapeno, habanero, cubanelle, bell pepper, carrots, potato, broccoli and various herbs going. I know there's virtually no chance I'll see any real fruit from the bells or cubanelles becuase they are just way too far behind (they just started fruiting this week) but I figure I'll just let them go anyways.
