Biggest issue with AGE was the entire series was rushed, and anytime a character died there was no reason to mourn their death. The writing was so bad that they built no emotional attachment to characters at all.

00 being pretty successful they probably were like "Oh hey lets slam together a new series really fast see how much more money we can make"

00 is amazing and i'd even be willing to argue better than Wing.

Highly recommend it :O
I think 00 had great graphics and good music. And very flashy mobile suits. Definetly better than G Gundam and Gundam X, IMHO.

Anime adaptation of Gundam: The Origin is the next animated project, IIRC. Was mentioned around when the last arc of AGE started airing.

Yea I heard it was gonna be a UC series which makes me happy, also if you havent the Gundam Unicorn movies are pretty great too, and in the UC timeline :O

After watching Unicorn and 00 I have a lot of trouble watching the older ones lol, I'm so spoiled.

I enjoyed the Movie Editions of Zeta. I have seen Original Zeta series couple years ago, before movie versions, and I thought it was still pretty good. Much better than MSG. Wish they could redraw MSG >_<

Yeah, Unicorn is pretty good. Annoyed that the gaps between episodes seems to be getting bigger, though. 6 isn't airing until March; that's 10 months since the last one. And 7 doesn't even have a release date yet. :<

Well yah but that was the only thing I enjoyed, was the better graphics. Gundam X is on par with Wing, in regards to animation, but Wing had better story. What I meant, over all, 00 was better than X, imo. Music was pretty good too. Though everynow and then I still find myself humming to music from G Gundam.

Drac, yah, original macross was made around same time MSG, so yah...BUT BUT BUT, if you watch DYRL? it is SOOO beautifully drawn. THAT there was love of animation art. /spooges

Well, I know what I am watching when i get home.

Edit: Also Drac, Macross Zero is good to watch, for 5 episodes long.

Eh, to each their own, I guess. I thought 00 season 1 had a fantastic story and characters.
Season 2 was just another generic Gundam series, though.
