I can count the number of times I've been out-of-my-mind drunk on one hand, and the stories from my friends and my ex are the reason why it's stayed that way. Need to work up the will to go running... ~.~

I'm trying to condition myself to running, for pretty much every physical agility test around Dallas they want you to be able to run a mile in 8 minutes (or a half mile in 4)...
So I have been running so that at the end of a mile I'm not wheezing and gasping for breath D: here's your motivation.
