All FF's were linear.. they just did a better job at hiding it. The only thing different with 13 is the fact that you can't revisit most of the past areas. The game opens up near the end (as it does in most FF's)
So I've decided to revisit my old idea of making FF miniatures. :x
I'm not gonna rush straight into trying human characters because I know I'll need more practice before I can make non-derp faces, so I'll start with monsters. :O
What I need to decide on first, however, is a scale... Any ideas? :I
I should point out that anything 28mm or smaller (for an average adult) is no good; I played some Warhammer 40k back in high school and making non-derp faces that small would be hell.
Also, suggestions as to which monsters to do would be cool too. Nothing ridiculously big like Evrae or Long Gui; modelling putty isn't exactly cheap. ^^;
Edit: Or maybe something non-FF. So long as it's all the same scale, I don't mind making stuff from other series.
This is a thread that I found on another website I post at. It can be really really interesting. I thought it deserved a place here.
Post your random thoughts for the day here, or anything else that intrigues you.
For starters, is it possible to give constructive critism to someone who doesn't have a neck? I totally just walked by a girl who didn't. Someone isn't getting a necklace for Valentines day!
And who decided black and white can't be colors? I want to say a racist. I really do.
