I'm trying to psych myself up to get back in shape before I'm out of school... but I can't seem to pull myself away from the PC.
I need to:
1) Be able to run an 8 minute mile (nowhere close to this one)
2) Be able to lift and maneuver a 50 lb hose off a hook, to the ground, back onto the hook. (Lol easy on this one)
3) Be able to maneuver a 15 ft extension ladder to a side position, sit it down, back to a side position, and back to a standing position without either edge hitting the ground. (Again lol easy)
4) 4 Story stair clime in under 8 minutes (blergh, but can do)
5) Maneuver a stretcher down said 4 stories complete with 175 lb patient. (Again a blergh, but easy enough)
6) 150 ft hose drag (Not so bad until about the last 50 feet, but even then easy enough)
7) A 4 ft wall clime, a 5 ft wall clime, a 6 ft wall clime (last one *** sucks... it is a solid brick wall, the 5 ft is at least chain link)
8) A 175 lb dummy drag for 75 ft (Sounds easy, but this is the last thing you do)
Have two sets of 3 minute breaks. One after the run, one after the stretcher is down the stairs.
~.~ I'm at 6'2" 275 lbs... I need to lose at least 25 pounds and get my stamina up for the run and I think I'll be able to pull it off.
