I guess my only gripe with it is it has no real conclusive end to it; it just feels destined to loop indefinitely. Then again the said can be said about many RPG tracks; but even Dali has a sort of conclusion to it that just so happens to fit well into a loop. Though I'd imagine it takes a great deal of artistic interpretation to take something and give it a solid improvised end. Reminds me of how these guys close up Time's Scar.
I guess that's why I've grown somewhat fond of medleys, even though they're not thoroughly concluded tracks, they're able to swiftly and gracefully transition song to song within the same collective soundtrack, and that takes a lot of skill and patience.
So I'm working from midnight to 8 AM for next week from wednesday thru saturday. Going to be interesting readjusting my sleep clock, but for how slow that shift goes and being allowed to wear headphones and listen to music is going to be pretty rad.
Hmmm, so should I get Asura's Wrath or FF Chronicles?
Worth noting that I already have FF4 and Chrono Trigger. Only difference is they're the SNES version without any extra goodies or cutscenes.
Oh, well I'd say Asura's Wrath then.. no point in getting FFC since you have the other versions. (unless you get it for collecting purposes)
All of our FYE's closed down :/
Yeah I better use my gift card before they go out of business.
Their selection is *** awful. At least they have Ace Combat Assault Horizon. Kinda want that game too just for aviation carnage >:3
I might get both. That way it'd only be $30 out of pocket.
But at the same time, I wanted to get that coffee maker too. Better just go with Asura's Wrath. I'm sure I can pick up Chronicles another day.
Going with the irresponsible tactic and getting everything!
Every track from Earthbound's soundtrack is gold... God I miss that game so much. The guide book was so damn funny. I got the game when it first came out on SNES and it actually game in a huge box with the guide book.... Favorite game of all time for sure (though my #2 is very close).
Likes games you take if you were stranded on a desert island and couldn't play anything else? lol
Pretty much. It's an old concept that originally started with CDs. But essentially the concept is you pick 3 games/albums you would keep with you to play for the rest of your life. Only 3 though.
This is a thread that I found on another website I post at. It can be really really interesting. I thought it deserved a place here.
Post your random thoughts for the day here, or anything else that intrigues you.
For starters, is it possible to give constructive critism to someone who doesn't have a neck? I totally just walked by a girl who didn't. Someone isn't getting a necklace for Valentines day!
And who decided black and white can't be colors? I want to say a racist. I really do.
