Random Thoughts.....What are you thinking?

I always blame math.
All this talk about guns reminded me of an encounter me and my brother had last night with a man that lives in our street. He comes up to us and says "I know that you and your sister shoot pigeons." Me and my brother look at each other confused "what?" we both thought it was some kind of metaphor, but he was serious and continues "I've seen you, at 5 am shooting pigeons.." me and my brother at this point have a wtf face "but I have to say you're good at it, you can actually hit them reliably...but it's bad, next time I see you two shooting I'm calling the police."
WTF?! Shooting pigeons?! AT 5 AM?!?! I have issues on default. My framerate drops to 10-15 and to me that is unacceptable in an FPS. (I gotta have a framerate of atleast 45 in an FPS for smoothness) I haven't tried BF3 on surround yet. Maybe I'll reinstall it and try.
btw a lot of games are not ment to be played in Widescreen, but there is a group at http://www.wsgf.org/ that have a program to help games run in large resolutions. For the cost it'd take to have the video card capacity to run in panoramic as well as the multiple monitors, I think I'm simply better off getting a nice single 40"+ screen with one high capacity card to run a single instance in native resolution. I can just keep my little 24" on the side for browsing and dual boxing FFXI and other random tidbits while the main action is on the big screen. my card runs hut with two monitors on it, I need to reapply the thermal paste on it eventually so I'm hoping that helps it out.
I do need to also upgrade my motherboard, CPU, ram and case as well eventually the only new thing in my PC right now is my 560 Ti lol. If I was sponsored and had disposable income, sure. But I have to practice pragmatism to some degree when looking at upgrading my PC. For now I'm happy with a dual screen setup. The biggest thing i'm getting next for my PC is a better set of headsets :| mine suck ***, I'd love to get some that let me have good quality sound when i'm playing and a good mic, my friends have shown me a good pair of Creative Headsets that I may be getting soonish.

I'm the same way at the moment, since I have no job I can't spend what saving I have and living off of at the moment. When I do get a job, I'll be putting aside money that doesn't go into 'food, bills, ect' to start building my awesome PC.
