Not yet, they are planning that for 2.0 as far as I know (player populated villages actually I think), right now we just have inn rooms that are fixed apperence.

Where are you reading all this info at ina?
Theres been alot of interviews with the director floating around, cant find the one that talked about player homes so maybe I misread something somewhere or just too tired since I should have been in bed a long time ago. Heres the most recent one I think

I'd almost give you the $13 to reactivate for that, but that would be horribly close to rmt...
