It should be the middle option he gives you, if its not there at first try picking small talk and that might bring you to it. Actually now that I think about it if you have GC quests active you do need to pick small talk first.
The ammount for a promotion is 1/10th you current max seals if I remember right up untill the last one which is 25k seals. Untill you get higher up in rank I wouldn't suggest buying anyof the gear since the lower stuff either not very good or just temporary while leveling.
Edit: Seriously, I regret every seal I spent on anything before the third last rank and chocobo >.>

Yeah i've only bought the chocobo and like 1 piece of gear (I couldn't find any decent pants so these have kept me going til I hit 50 lol)
Set homepoint at camp > set secondary homepoint at inn > spam leves :P
Can probably get it done in a day that way.
lol that's what I did, secondary at in, first at camp, just been doing leve at leve.
Oh and ina, I love natalan, like seriously :3 finally got into one last night that didn't blow *** (well other then our resident douchebag trying to crash our party... only for him to join later.... :p)
only got 2-2.5 levels from it, would have had more but my throat was bothering me (still is sorta, but it's tolerable right now at least, just drank some green tea~)
As far as I know they are just tools with higher stats then what you can craft/buy. You can meld the craftable ones though to get close to the same thing though.
Same. I hate pretty much everything about SEED Destiny except the mech designs and Heine. :I
why?
I enjoyed it a bit.
Because it had loads of potential to be an interesting addition to the Cosmic Era timeline at the start, but they decided to say "*** that" and just brought back the old characters and had them be the heroes again. The writing starts out decent, but rapidly slides down the slope to fanfic-tier . :<
Not to mention the retconning of a certain death just to put him in as the villain for seemingly no reason at all. He was my favourite character from Seed, and even though I hated that he died, it was fitting. Bringing him back the way they did rustled my jimmies beyond belief. "Oh, no. He didn't die, he somehow survived his Mobile Suit being vaporised while he was still in it and losing his helmet in the vacuum of space long enough for the enemy to find him and brainwash him." :I
Oh, and don't get me started on blowing a significant portion of the budget on the soundtrack (which I found somewhat lacking for a Gundam show) and having more characters voiced by J-pop singers. More of the budget should've been spent on the animation; the amount of reused scenes borders on Wing levels of bad.
As much as I hate Shinn, he is a good character; he just happens to be an unlikeable douche in my eyes. Most of that is due to Rey's influence, though. So I guess I hate him in a different way to how I hate the rest of the series. :x
ah, actually haven't seen that yet, just Seed, brain fart.
and HEY!
Hey, I like Wing as much as the next guy that grew up watching Toonami every day after school, but you've got to admit, there's only so many times you can use that scene of the Heavyarms shooting towards the corner of the screen before it becomes just a tad too obvious. Really doesn't help in those episodes where they use it multiple times in a row, just flipping it over to make it look different. :x

While we're on the topic of Wing...
lol at title Gundam TL;DW
best part about Gundam Wing "HEEEEEEEEEEEEEERROOOOOOO COME BACK TO ME HEEEEEEEERRROOOOOOOOOOOOOO" creepy stalker Relena.
Apparently there is a Gundam Wing sequel comic. It sounds ridiculously stupid. Also I was upset to learn that Duo and Hilde got married and then divorced..it like..ruined my entire childhood dream.
I've been bitten by a radioactive spider. I'm either going to die a terrible death or bust out into spider-woman.
Ok, ok, so not really. I was sweeping the driveway yesterday and annoyed some beetle-looking little bugs, and I think one of them bit my foot because I felt a sharp pain like a needle stab, but when I looked there were no bite marks so I ignored it and it went away. It's my own stupid fault anyways for doing yard work in flip-flops. Then this morning I woke up with the lymph node on one side of my throat swollen and painful, and a headache on that side of my head. I'm just going to blame the headache on smoke because with the fires around there's a heavy stench of smoke in the air, and give it some tylenol so it will go away too!
But we can still pretend this will happen. That would be cool too.

There are 2 Wing comics ongoing atm. :O
Frozen Teardrop is the sequel one (a lot of it is also explaining stuff that happened before the series). I didn't like what happened to Duo, either. :<
Also not a fan of how even though they're not supposed to be related to them, young Trowa and young Duo look exactly like the original Trowa and Duo. :x
So glad Zechs and Lucrezia had a good life at least. :D
The other comic (Endless Waltz: The Glory of Losers) is a retelling of the series.
Gundam-wiki said:
The story follows the plot of the Mobile Suit Gundam Wing TV series nearly exactly, incorporating plot elements introduced in New Mobile Report Gundam Wing: Episode Zero and the concurrently running novel, New Mobile Report Gundam Wing: Frozen Teardrop. Therefore, the manga acts as a retelling of the original animated canon with all backstory and sidestory plot elements incorporated, as the 'complete' story.
This is a thread that I found on another website I post at. It can be really really interesting. I thought it deserved a place here.
Post your random thoughts for the day here, or anything else that intrigues you.
For starters, is it possible to give constructive critism to someone who doesn't have a neck? I totally just walked by a girl who didn't. Someone isn't getting a necklace for Valentines day!
And who decided black and white can't be colors? I want to say a racist. I really do.
