I had it long for yeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaars, then joined the Marines which forced me to cut it, so much easier to take care of when its short <.<

Yeah, it is pretty annoying, but I haven't had short hair since like 8th grade. I'm afraid of what I'd look like if I cut it off.
I didn't find it too hard to manage. Wash it every couple days and occasionally run a brush through it and you're good to go. Ah, nostalgia.
