They don't all look the same. :P Unless its hurting/giving you sore throats I wouldn't worry about it. You can take a Q-tip and dip it in an Oral anapestic and remove it yourself.. if you're that brave. :p

 took the chance and went in to get my drachen greaves, those mobs weren't too bad (a 52 bat and a 50 bat) looks sexy! Post a pic when you get the full set :3
