I wish I could justify getting the really big good hunks of meat, but I'm really the only carnivore in this house, and as such, I don't think I can justify a 40-50 dollar hunk of meat. I end up picking something that is above 'acceptable' but still 'cheap' (of course that's speaking in relative terms).
it was 14.5 before trimming, 13.? after trimming.
only cost us about 35 bucks for the meat and ... uh ... whatever for the smoker (he said he spent a little over 400 bucks yesterday on stuff so ... yeah :|)
all in all it was worth it lol.
