Bloodlines. Assuming you're gonna be using that Kisuke outfit as your main outfit. He's a speedster. (I'll write that guide in a few so check back later for it!) Seal of Scrollsx280 unlocks you Uchiha Sasuke's Level Two Sharigan. Which gives you: Speed +7.5% Armor Break +96 and 65 STR 65 AGI and 35 STA. This is what mine looks like. :O
Edit: *** it, put up more I'll buy the rest for you rq. All the seals I have on me/in the market right now. Rest are too OP for me to buy them. <.< 5k for seals? *** that noise. I'll send you the rest later (How many do you have now?) I'll check out any blue Lvl bloodlines you could use, too.

I have Guard II and Edge II atm. Not sure how crap they are in the grand scheme of things. :x Right, I can't count. lol By the time you get to Lv.60 for Sasuke's Bloodline, you SHOULD have a few Lv.3~4 bloodsouls. (Mine are all Lv.5~7 atm because I been playing a long while and topped up etc<.<) but Guard in general is useless for you (In general it's useless!) Edge II isn't that bad. But higher lvl would do better and such. And if you want 1 low outfit purify stone you should go spam some battles and such real quick right now then refresh at the hour..I guess they messed up and the first one was a pet stone. :| This second one is an outfit one. If not it's k since it's only one and such. You can discover 10~ free bloodsouls a day so.
I'm not sure how I feel about this avatar... makes me seem innocent or something.
Edit: Well now it looks kinda like I'm glancing up at Uzu's ***. Went from moogle to radioactive...not sure if it's an improvement.

Prolly has better coverage then my T-Mobile.. I only use them because It's down to 50 a month vs Verizons 110$ a month for a smartphone.
