yeah you open the clip in a program that lets you take screenshots then set the screenshot type to .gif

then you capture frame by frame in the program then you put it together and edit it in a program designed to animate photos like Adobe Creative Suite has
hmm, there an easier way?

I have cs5.5
this way lets you do the most customizing tbh and the process doesn't take as long as you'd think, even the 5-10 meg ones are less than 150 frames but yeah probably an easier way if you google it, might find something I didn't look for
That way you can put a picture of a penis on a couple slides, and no one would be any the wiser!

I think Brad Pitt has infiltrated my bloody mind.

I can only chose windowed (which looks like *** since it doesn't fit my monitor right) or full screen (but I can't tab out >.>) is there like a windower or something (official or not I don't care) that will allow me to have it full screen but windowed at the same time so if I tab out it doesn't crash?

Google gave me this... not sure if that helps or not, I just play with a partial window not my full screen to keep it running better.
