My idea of "cooking" meat is... Throwing it on until the outside changes color and it's not cold. Anything past medium-rare is overcooked. :/
But when people ask me to make theirs different, I'll do it.
Wish I could afford a new tank for my grill. True grilled steak is so much yummier than this Foreman grilled stuff. (Someone stole my old propane tank. >_>)
This is just IMO of course, but propane grill =/= "true grilled" anything.
It's just like cooking on your stove, outdoors. The only real differences being the gas used and that when done outside you're not expected to put something between the flame and meat.

I have an electric stove, so propane grilling is still better than anything I can do inside my house. :|

In that case you have a point.
Still, Hank Hill says 'taste the meat, not the heat' and I say I want both.
This is a thread that I found on another website I post at. It can be really really interesting. I thought it deserved a place here.
Post your random thoughts for the day here, or anything else that intrigues you.
For starters, is it possible to give constructive critism to someone who doesn't have a neck? I totally just walked by a girl who didn't. Someone isn't getting a necklace for Valentines day!
And who decided black and white can't be colors? I want to say a racist. I really do.
