Just got home from work with a nauseTing headache. Caffeine nor water has helped...and I only have 1 Tylenol ;;

Listening to my sisters teenage drama as she talks to a friend on the phone. Something about some chick on a boat, don't like some guy, she knows what she did, everything posted was true and she's just like Lindsey and skype has nothing to do with it.


I have no idea what's going on.

Those are the worst. If I can't manage to fall asleep with one, the only solution is usually just to wait until it makes me get sick, and then it goes away, or at least eases up.

Yeah lol I'm just one of those people who get frequent headaches. I'm 90% sure it's because I had a coffee and mountain dew earlier...think I overloaded my caffeine this morning and set myself up for doom. It's not cool though cause I can feel my temple pulsate and I'm sure staring at this iPod isn't helping but I can't sleep. I've got a pillow on my head.

pinch the meaty part between your left index finger and thumb. hold it for 20-30 seconds. after that press down on the temple that's throbbing. hold it for another 20-30 seconds. should alter your blood flow to relieve the pain.

A damp (cold) washcloth over your eyes usually helps. It should help you relax, and it'll usually slow down the nauseous feeling (the same way the cold helps when you feel like passing out).

In the third grade, I had a period of about six months where I had migraines almost every day, so I had to figure out what worked and what didn't. :/

Cold showers work for me. Hot ones just make my head throb more. :S

I use this ancient Japanese treatment whenever I get a bad headache. It's called Iy Bew Proh Ffen.

they're more like half burgers than sliders but thats what they call them on the menu. and most of the time i get them loaded with lettuce/tomato/cheese/bacon but tonight just cheese. was trying to find a picture of one but can't find an accurate picture. so you know those to-go carts you get when you order takeout. like~ you can barely fit 3 of those in there. so they're definetly bigger than regular sliders.

That burger does not look appealing to me. :/ As Dr. Sheldon Cooper would point out, the meat-to-bun ratio just isn't to my liking. I'd rather make that into two single burgers.

Went to McDonald's on my lunch break the other day... Two McDoubles, a McChicken, and an order of fries and I was still hungry. :( (I'm poor or I'd order something outside of the dollar menu.)

I'm just saying that if Volkom truely eats so much everyday, then he's going to use the toliet almost everday, because for his size that is an extreme amount of food.
