We got new phones, they should be here Wednesday. I changed my phone number because my current one sounds an awful lot like a hospital so I get phone calls at 2am all the time "Hello can you transfer me to radiology?" No! No I cannot transfer you to radiology! Go to bed! Also "Hello is this the hospital?" "Nope, you have a wrong number, sorry." "Are you sure?" "Yep pretty sure." "Really sure?" "Lady, I am not the hospital nor do I have medical training, but for a fee I can give you medical advice!" Or it's my favorite when they get my voicemail, which is very obviously a message for a private number, and they leave a message for the hospital anyways. Like really? Does "Hello? Just kidding! You've got Steph's cell phone. You got the machine, you know the routine! *beep*" sound anything like a professional message from a professional service? D'oh.

So I am super psyched to be getting a new number! YES! And this will also get us off the family plan (My husband and I have been on his parents' plan forever) so now his little sister can have my line which will connect her into the plan and we will have our own plan so if someone insists on texting me 82 times after I tell them that the plan doesn't allow for texts and it costs his parents every single time I receive one, I won't feel bad anymore that my friends listen as well as your average 2-year old!

Also can now send and receive pictures. YES!

Ooh eeh, ooh ah ah, ting tang walla walla bing-bang!

Also found the best house ever for cheaper than expected in the place we are moving to which is rent to own so if we like it we only have to move once in the near future instead of twice. DOUBLE YES! So hopefully we will be able to get that one.

Plus my dogs let me sleep in a whole 8 minutes today. :D :D Every 8 minutes counts, you know!

You know how parents are! "Texting, what's that? Don't need it!" Heh. Plus their plan is from 2005, they haven't upgraded in awhile. ^^

Texting/calling is free for a month whenever you put more money into your phone here >.> You can call and text someone with the same carrier (a lot of people use it too) however much you want and only after 30 days will it start to cost money. Even then it's cheap :O

I'm honestly not sure what exact plan they got back then, but it was before texting was a big thing. I think it's something like 20 free texts per month (for the whole plan) and after that they cost money per text sent and received. At first it was fine because texting wasn't as big of a way of communication, but as time has gone on it's gotten more difficult to keep 4 phone lines altogether under 20 texts a month. They don't want to upgrade because it's working fine for their lifestyle and it would be expensive to upgrade (their plan now is pretty cheap), but it's been getting harder and harder to convince my friends that they simply cannot text me.

They all pretty much have the idea that people upgrade their plans every year or so, so even if I told them way-back-when to never text me, they think it's ok now to do it. That understandable, most people do upgrade more often. But with us not being in charge of this plan we can't decide when they upgrade.

Then there's my friends who for some reason don't believe that my phone is from 2005 and cannot send or receive pictures. So it really doesn't matter how many times I tell them to please just send pics to my email or facebook, I still get messages like "You've received a flix or pix message! Make an account here and we'll show it to you!" Cut that out, damn it! Don't text me pictures when for 1.) It costs other people money for you to text me and 2.) I CANNOT receive pics. You would not believe how many of my friends do not understand that my phone does not receive pics.

I have no interest in other suits from Gundam Wing (barring Tallgeese III) until they release the Endless Waltz variations of the others. :<

That game looks kinda fun but I never got into Gundam.
