How do I block just that pic?
I think just about every single web browser has a function built in, or a plugin from the site that allows specific addresses to be blocked. Since people are linking the same picture over and over again, block the direct address of the image. http://www.whereverthatpiccamefrom.com/misty.bmp
I know a quick google search will solve your issues, and anything else that annoys you, ads, websites, other pictures, can be obliterated with the same built-in function/plugin.
Unfortunately I am a dumb Canadian, but I am sure there are some tech savvy folk here who can help you out.

Some mods don't like to be told they are doing a ***job and will immediately try and call you out on "whining" and "being butthurt" in order to distract everyone else from the fact that they are ***to begin with. Sometimes a new troubleshooting method for a problem pops up and then we merge the threads, reopen it briefly, and close it again. Things don't get sidetracked, we delete duplicate topics and PM links to existing threads, we do our jobs as moderators. Here the usual formula seems to be ignore it until it is on fire, wait to see if the fire burns out on its own, wait some more, come in and vaguely make people aware that you have noticed the fire, then once the thread is burned all the way through you start banning people and eventually nuke the whole thread, so now the fire is out and the original question and answer is gone as well, so we all get to enjoy another thread EXACTLY LIKE IT later on.

That's interesting insight. I'm not a moderator of anythign, so I enjoy hearing other takes on this.
A question would be does ffxiah need to be handled differently than other such places given the traffic? Or is yours much larger?
Actual question. It makes me curious because this place is treated more like a minute-by-minute chatroom than anything else.
Ours is small, its just a school based forum. Started out as a computer club thing but we gave access to the entire school, it is nowhere near as busy as this place, but certainly more organized and the mods (3 of us) are more active.
We have a few discussion threads and tutoring threads, the other mods cover those though. From what I have seen they don't need to do *as much* censoring of posts, mostly because I think a lot of our user base aren't from the internet if you know what I mean.

I always enjoyed it, but I was the type of moderator who just let ***go till it was unsalvagable. I'd pretty much step in to kill racism, porn, and stuff that's actually offensive. The other stuff people could sort out on their own, and when they couldn't, I'd have to step in again.
I don't do it anymore because of severe ADHD that I refuse to medicate, so I can forget about stuff as long as there's shiny things around.

Dominos is evil, they make 2 medium pizzas cost less than 1. I feel like I am wasting money if I only order one and end up eating way more pizza than I wanted to... but it is so yummy :<

This is a lot to do with why I can't lose weight. Subway does the same crap.

Can you really do that with a dominos pizza? Would I need to do anything special when I am reheating it since it is already cooked?

Just reheat in oven at 350 for about 10 minutes or until fully warmed. Microwave will make it rubbery.
Also, hard for me to not eat pizza until it is gone, I have no concept of full.

That is cool, I will try that out next time I order out. I usually just eat until I can't anymore, then fridge for a day, repeat, and usually anything after that is too /oldnuked to be any good and I end up throwing it out.

I suggest thawing low heat in the oven to keep condensation from getting it.
