I did that to my roommate the first time he brought a girl to our room while I was there. Never had to wake up to it again, either because they did it quiter or he didn't bring anyone.

If I was better at programming I'd get the source for an older version and mod it myself. Kinda surprised my one friend who hacks everything hasn't done that yet tbh.

I am running a newer version and have no great issues with it, short of they release updates constantly.

I know people that still swear by IE...

(also firefox is more compatible with a lot of sites from what I understand than chrome, but I'm sure it's gotten better over the past year, I still find things that don't work properly in firefox that do in IE...)

I downloaded Waterfox, it's supposed to be more optimized for 64 bit OS'~

yea my work for my intro to computers class is done through a website we're trialing called sam, and it simulates the windows environment to do the pretests and training. but you can only properly right click in IE and firefox =/

Wasn't 4.0 the one where they facelifted the UI?

So you swapped to Chrome, the UI style they were updating to? >_>;

Although most importantly, Firefox is the most standards-compliant mainstream browser and is the quickest to add new support in.

I'd rather use that than this labsim crap I have to use...

I just wish they'd give me a list of stuff to set and let me do it in a virtualized environment, I have virtualbox and almost every windows OS... (minus me and vista, and other random stuff)

i swapped to from firefox to chrome because the last update i did (im not sure if it was 4 or not, its been a while) made the browser run shittier and made it crash more often
